Very nice apartment, spacious, located on the 2nd floor of the Poncellamont residence located at the foot of the Arêches-Beaufort resort and 5 minutes walk from the shops.
The residence is a former renovated hotel.
When you arrive you can park in your allocated space n°8 in the car park located at the foot of the residence.
Access to the 2nd floor by an external then internal staircase (digital code).
The ski locker is also located outside at the foot of the stairs.
The apartment consists of an entrance/cloakroom with a large storage cupboard. This entrance opens onto a living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hobs, a dishwasher and a washing machine, a freezer and a refrigerator.
The living room consists of a sofa and armchair, television. The dining area is furnished with a large table and chairs. The room opens onto a large terrace facing west. the double room (bed 140 x 190) also opens onto the terrace. another room can accommodate 4 people in 2 x 2 bunk beds 90 x 190). The bedding is equipped with mattress covers, pillows, pillowcases and duvets.
