The space
This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.

-Metro Toronto Convention Centre is a 15-minute walk away.
- Union subway and railway station is just a 10-minute walk from the building, which makes it very easy to get around without a car.
-A lot of main attractions such as the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium and St. Lawrence Market are less than 20-minutes away on foot.-The Kitchen Table is the closest grocery store, 400m aways. The area also has plenty of restaurants.
-There is paid public parking in the building. You need to ask the concierge to clarify prices and availability. Other things to note
-All guests are required to pay a $200 security/damage deposit prior to check-in. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded.
-We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure.
-Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18, but with an increased deposit 500 CAD.
