Welcome to our home, a newly built (2023) single family home near Cape Charles. Just 3.5 miles from the beach, it's the ideal base for your Cape Charles getaway. This spacious rental sleeps ten guests comfortably with a downstairs bedroom (queen bed and shared full bath with first floor) and four more rooms upstairs including a master bedroom with en suite. The house has been carefully stocked with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay.
The home
The open-concept living area on the main floor features a comfy sofa with a smart TV and game cabinet, a dining table that seats 8, and a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need to make meals together. A full downstairs bathroom with a standup shower and screened in back porch round out the main level. Upstairs, you’ll find 2 more full bathrooms and 4 additional bedrooms (Master suite with King bed, 3 guest rooms with a Queen bed in each) along with a washer/dryer room. Outside you will find a walk-in shower for easy cleaning off after your time at the beach. All linens are provided for your convenience.
Enjoy maximum comfort with dual-zone HVAC, separately controlled for upstairs and downstairs.
Although this home is not pet friendly, that does not mean the house is pet free. Please be mindful in the event any of your guests have allergies.
Please note that the stairs are made of wood and can be damaged with luggage (hard cases or wheels), so take care when navigating them.

There is a large driveway for parking (no street parking allowed). Although there is a garage, cars are not permitted to park inside.
