The Beach Club is expanding, and during the construction process, beach access, beach side service including chairs and towels, as well as food service and restroom options will still be available. Below, we have listed the affected pools and when they are scheduled to be available for use. These dates are subject to change.
The pools currently available are the LakeHouse Pool, Sand Hill (Frog) Pool, the Camp WaterColor Pools, and the Dragonfly Pool (next door to the home)! You have a ton of options to take a dip, just pick one and enjoy your trip!
The Space:
Attention: Please note, our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

No pets of any kind are permitted in Blue Moon Cottageat WaterColor Crossings on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking:
Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Blue Moon Cottage.No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
