In a quiet and sunny location, 1 km away from the town center of Flims, right next to the ski slope (ski in and ski out). The house is facing to the south and is located on a dead end drive way with hardly any traffic. The main staition for the Ski-arena can be reached in 2 minutes down the slope. The luxurious apartment futures two king bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (one with shower, one with bath tub), two twin bedrooms and a bunk-room (with two sets of bunks for up to 4 children) and two adjoining bathrooms/shower. The apartments large reception and living area feautures a central fireplace and big windows leading onto the balcony. Both the living room and one double room has TV with DVD player. In the apartment you find a great collection of books, DVD’s and board games. There is a well and fully equiped kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and lots of cooking utensils. There is a separate utility area in the apartment and a boot and ski storage room are locatet in the basement. Access to a sauna and steam room is available in the neighbouring apartment house.
In the house you will also find washing machine and tumble dryer (for free shared use).
