Olde Towne Yacht Club is a private, gated condominium community with on-site marina. The community has so much to offer including an outdoor salt water pool, hot tub, fire pit, exercise room, beach access and a marina.
Ideal for boaters as boat slips are available to rent directly from the on-site marina. We are just minutes away from local shops, restaurants, the Beaufort Waterfront, the Maritime Museum, the aquarium, and various water taxi excursions such as Cape Lookout and Shackelford Banks.
The view from the balcony includes stunning water views of Beaufort Waterfront, Carrot Island, Shackleford Banks, Beaufort Inlet, and the Intracostal Waterway. The views here are nothing short of breath-taking. Between the sunrises, sunsets, wild horses on Carrot Island, birds, dolphins at play, and boats of all shapes and sizes......there's lots of beautiful scenery to take in. This condo is perfect for families wanting a quiet get away to unwind and recharge. The unit is completely furnished and includes all luxury linens and bath towels. The master bedroom has a king bed, Roku TV and full bath with shower/tub combo. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with Roku TV and the bathroom has a shower. The living room also has a queen size sleeper sectional sofa that helps accommodate 6 people total.
