Escape to this spacious, well-appointed home that's ideal for a group stay. Located on the ocean side of Route 1, our home is a short walk to downtown and the beach. Enjoy the benefits of a private commmunity, close to the outlets, restaurants, bars, Grove Park and the farmers market. We provide a seasonal parking pass good throughout Rehoboth.
Renters have access to a large community pool and the Junction & Breakwater hiker/biker trail acessible at the entrance to the community.
This end-unit townhouse offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Sunny and bright, the open floor plan on the first floor is perfect for gathering. Relax in an entertainment area on the second floor. Grill and dine on the back patio with a view of the pond or sip a beverage on the second-floor deck overlooking a large grassy yard, perfect for the kids or a game of catch.
The two master suites include queen-sized beds and adjoining bathrooms. Additional 2nd floor rooms are furnished with a twin-sized bunk bed and two side-by-side twins with bean bag chairs. The third-floor room features a full bed + single pullout with an ensuite bathroom. With five bathrooms, there’s no waiting in line! And with three levels, there’s plenty of room to find quiet time.
We provide two dedicated parking spaces with plenty of visitor spaces.
