5 Bedroom Villa with Designated Smoking Area, Guest Services and Entertainment

This beautiful villa is on a large gated plot with panoramic views across Teulada and Moraira, it has 5 large bedrooms which 4 have access to terraces, one with seating, sauna and sea view, two with access to the pool.
The master bedroom has super king size bed and en-suite other bedrooms consist of king size bed 2 doubles and the 5th bedroom has bunk beds. Central heating and air conditioning to all rooms.
A travel cot available upon request.
Sports lounge contains 7ft pool table.
50inch satellite tv/dvd in both lounges.
Modern utility room with washing machine and dryer.
The enclosed naya has a beautiful dining area and a snug area where you can watch tv or just peacefully relax.
The villa has ADSL broadband and access to Netflix providing you have an account, also there are a large range of channels in a variety of languages.
There’s a large south facing patio area with panaramic views across Teulada and Moraira, with a multitude of fruit trees, outside dining bbq area overlooking the 10x5 metre heated swimming pool which can be either open or enclosed, this is very suitable for families with small children and the worry of them falling in the pool. Theres sunloungers and seating around the pool area There’s also a covered bar area overlooking the pool with stone work tops sink and seating area, Pizza oven/smoker. There is outside barbecue area with built in barbecue, sun canopy, and seating for 10 people.
There’s a well established garden containing lots of fruit trees which include a pomegranate, fig, limes, lemons, clementines etc.
Teulada town centre is a short walk away with its lovely restaurants, bars and supermarket, Moraira is just a 7 minute drive away where there’s a lovely beach that has children’s play area lots of excellent restaurants bars, harbour and shops.

Summary: Great pool and garden area Spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds Good showers Host response prompt but no end result to issues raised Ant infestation reported to agent. Told its going to be reported to cleaners but nothing done We cleaned it ourselves and used other lounge Glass on inside of oven door was broken.cooker not usable. The agent knew about this and had ordered a new door the week before but no one informed us that we had no oven for the duration of our stay BBQ area in garden is amazing,however due to a temperamental BBQ we had to make other arrangements for three nights as this left us with a microwave and a hob to cook for nine people.They did bring us a lighter for the BBQ the day before we left. There were lots of damaged furniture lying around which we moved to a corner however there was still enough for us to use. These were the main issues. There were more smaller issues but they didn’t affect our stay. We did manage to have a lovely holiday. If things had been dealt with better and not dismissed I would have recommended this villa.
