Nestled just a half mile from the pristine white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, our brand-new vacation home embodies the essence of Miramar Beach living. In addition to easy beach access, our home offers convenience to the area’s best outlet malls, boutique shops, charter fishing excursions, local eateries, golf courses and more!
This exceptional getaway is professionally designed with state-of-the-art, modern amenities and stunning coastal interiors. Spanning three floors and over 5100 square feet, our home offers ten bedrooms and ten bathrooms and sleeps up to 24 guests. Entertain effortlessly around the sparkling blue swimming pool and bubbling hot tub or enjoy panoramic sunset views from the rooftop observation deck. In addition to ample space for entertaining and relaxation, guests can enjoy a fully equipped chef's kitchen, complete with the latest appliances, a grand island and a walk-in pantry. For your convenience, there are two laundry rooms as well as a private garage. Our home is also equipped with Smart Tv’s and high-speed WIFI throughout.
Beach Access on Scenic 98: Miramar Beach Regional Beach Access at Pompeno Joes (West) OR directly across from The Empress, Majestic Sun, Seascape (East). Both located about .5 miles away.
