Dushi Townhouse Curaçao is centraal gelegen in de wijk Cas Grandi. Vanuit hier rij je met de auto in 15 min. naar het welbekende Mambo Beach Boulevard en in slechts 10 min. sta je op het strand van Jan Thiel. Het gezellige centrum van Punda bereik je in een kleine 20 min. Het huis is schoon, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Tijdens je verblijf geniet je van het heerlijke grote gezamenlijke zwembad en mag je ook gebruik maken van de fitness, beide op steenworp afstand van het huis.
Dushi Townhouse Curaçao is een schoon en comfortabel huis, gelegen op het resort Jalousie Townhouses. Het huis heeft 2 slaapkamers en is geschikt voor maximaal 4 volwassenen en 1 baby. Daarnaast is er een woonkamer, keuken, badkamer en een tuin.
De slaapkamers hebben beide een tweepersoonsbed en beschikken over een plafondventilator en airconditioning. Er is ook voldoende kastruimte om je kleding en spullen in op te bergen. Op de slaapkamer aan de tuinkant kan eventueel één campingbedje bijgeplaatst worden.
De woonkamer is voorzien van een bank, salontafel, televisie en twee kasten. Er staat een eethoek met vier comfortabele stoelen en er is een kinderstoel aanwezig. Uiteraard beschikt het huis over een goede wifi verbinding.
De open keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, waaronder een vaatwasser, magnetron, oven, Amerikaanse koelkast, Nespresso apparaat met melkopschuimer en een waterkoker. Verder is er voldoende keukengerei aanwezig om een volwaardige maaltijd te kunnen klaarmaken.
In de ruime en frisse badkamer vind je een toilet en een inloopdouche. Daarnaast beschikt deze over een wastafel met een wandspiegel, een vergrootspiegel en voldoende kastruimte. Er zijn handdoeken en een föhn aanwezig.
De zonnige tuin heeft een overkapping aan het huis, waaronder een loungeset staat. Hier kan je de avonden in alle rust doorbrengen. Ook vind je hier de bergruimte waarin o.a. de wasmachine, stofzuiger en strijkplank staan.
Aan de voorkant van het huis staat een tweede loungeset met een parasol, de perfecte plek voor het opstarten van je dag met een kopje koffie of thee. Hier kan je tevens de auto parkeren.
Het gehele huis is voorzien van 220 volt.
Wij hebben het huis recent gekocht en zullen deze qua styling naar eigen smaak gaan aanpassen. Bij aankomst zal het huis er dus anders uitzien dan nu op de foto's wordt weergegeven.
Per boeking vragen wij een borg van $375,-.
Het verbruik van water en stroom is niet bij de prijs inbegrepen. Na vertrek worden de openstaande kosten van stroom, water en schoonmaak met de borg verrekend. Bij aanvang zal op het incheckformulier de meterstand worden genoteerd. Bij vertrek worden deze opnieuw opgenomen, zodat wij kunnen berekenen wat het verbruik is geweest tijdens het verblijf. Het gebruik van stroom en water is kostbaar op het eiland, daarom willen wij vragen om hier zuinig mee om te gaan.
