Charming cottage located in a quiet area by the beach on 2500 m2 of natural grounds surrounded by trees. Around the house there are wooden terraces and plenty of opportunities to find shelter, shade or sun. The cottage has a kitchen/living room with a modern kitchen, dining area, sofa, wood-burning stove, and TV with Chromecast for streaming your own services and satellite dish for German channels. The kitchen is well-equipped with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, electric grill, and air fryer, among other things. The wood-burning stove is a combined wood and pellet stove, and wood pellets can be purchased directly at the house. The living room opens onto a conservatory with plenty of space for good times. The conservatory also has a sofa bed for two people, so you can arrange yourselves as you wish. The house has two bedrooms and an annex. One has a double bed (140x200) and the other has two bunk beds (80x200). The annex has two single beds. There is also an extra mattress under the bunk bed. The house therefore has more than enough space for six people to stay comfortably.
