This cottage is located in the middle of Färjestaden on Öland. The cottage consists of a functional kitchen with stove, fan, fridge / freezer and is located in open connection to the dining area. The bedroom has two single beds and the bathroom has a shower and toilet. The upper floor is reached via a steep staircase and here you will find a sleeping loft with two single beds and a sitting area. That the cottage is located on the owner's plot is not noticeable as it is protected from view via planks and hedges. Outside the front door you will find a small outdoor group where you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner. The cottage has a slightly simpler furnishings but is functional. Here you live with 5 minutes walking distance to Ölands Köpstad which has most shops, restaurants and Systembolag. With a walk of about 10-15 minutes you reach the beach at Talludden and the harbor with its range of cozy restaurants. Saxnäs golf course is around the corner if you feel like swinging your golf clubs. You are also close to Öland's Animal and Amusement Park, which has everything from a funicular to large cool carousels, Öland's largest water park Pirate Island with cool slides that must be experienced and animals from all possible parts of the world. Öland also has a number of unbeatable shallow sandy beaches with beautiful dunes and fantastic bathing water. You have plenty of experiences for the whole family, concerts, art exhibitions, running competitions. The harvest festival in the autumn is widely known. Bird watching is also great on Öland. Feel free to visit Borgholm Castle Ruins where you can walk around and really feel the wings of history.
