Nice accommodation on an island near the sea and swimming. Welcome to this fresh annex located in a sunny and quiet area. Perfect location for the small family who wants to live close to salty baths and the center of Bohus Malmön. It is within walking distance to several baths, piers and boathouse areas where you can sunbathe, swim, jump from a diving tower or fish for crabs. Bohus-Malmön is an island in Bohuslän with genuine archipelago idyll that has a varied environment with interesting history and beautiful views. The island is particularly famous for its stone carving, but also for its hiking and nice swimming spots. Here there is a charming atmosphere where you have cycling distance to all the island's various attractions. Stallebrottet is another old quarry in Malmön. Here, a new purpose has been created for the quarry after finding a perfect location for a natural theater. During the summer, a number of performances are organized and it is certainly something special to sit outdoors with live entertainment in the form of singing and theatre. On lovely summer evenings, it is a given to gather on the annex's patio and perhaps enjoy the delicacies of the sea such as freshly caught prawns, crayfish or a well-stuffed crab. The annex is directly connected to the entrance to the property at the villa's entrance. The villa has its social areas and balconies at the back, whereby the annex and adjacent areas are experienced as a separate part of the property. The annex is on one level, a large room with a high ceiling that creates an airy feeling. In the annex there is a kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Sofa bed and dining area as well as a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower and underfloor heating. On the balcony patio there is summer furniture and a barbecue, perfect for lovely moments and conversation over a good piece of food and something good in the glass. You also have an adjacent lawn, a nice place for play and all kinds of games. The accommodation is also suitable for those of you who want to go out to sea with your own or rented kayak. The accommodation includes two bicycles that you can use freely. On Sotenäset and in the surrounding area, there are several fishing and stonecutter communities with additional bathing areas as well as coastal paths and roads with a view of the Bohuslän archipelago. Kungshamn and adjacent Smögen also offer the opportunity to rent a kayak or boat so you can explore the beautiful archipelago on your own. If you want to take a look under the surface of the sea, there are diving experience opportunities both from land and boat. From Kungshamn you can take a taxi boat and visit the Hållö lighthouse or Smögen and continue to experience archipelago life and the archipelago environment at the now world-famous jetty with bustling folk life, shops, restaurants and a variety of different boats. A nice choice for a day trip is a visit to Nordens Ark, a zoo where you can meet around 80 of the world's endangered animals. There, in beautiful nature, you get the opportunity to meet animals such as wolves, snow leopards or to come face to face with the world's largest feline, the Amur tiger. In Väjern there is also Tumlaren, Sotenäs municipality's swimming and wellness facility with gym, wellness and indoor swimming.
