Positive: Location and views are amazing. The losge itself is so cute and comfortable! So clean has everything you need. Love it cant wait to come back!
Negative: Communication through texting is great. Knew where to go and codes to get in. Check out wasn’t so clear. Checked my email and there were instructions on arrival to stop in Frisco to pick up package.I didn't understand why that wasn't put in the text since everything else was. Very responsive when i asked about check out . I would say just put that all in text form.
Summary: We all loved our stay. Comfortable, adorable decorations, warm and great location!
