This beautifully furnished retreat offers breathtaking views of St. James Marina and the Intercoastal Waterway. Enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the boats go by from your private screened porch complete with an outdoor dining area. This newly renovated condo has spa-like serenity. It is fresh, clean, and beautiful with easy access to marina shops and restaurants.
The air-conditioned, open floor plan seamlessly combines the living, dining areas, and kitchen with beautiful water views. The well-appointed, new kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless appliances, and everything you need to prepare delicious homemade meals and treats. The freshly decorated living room is a comfortable and relaxing spot to unwind and create everlasting memories with your loved ones. Curl up on the sofa and watch a favorite show or movie on the large TV. The primary bedroom has water views and direct access to the screened porch overlooking the marina. It has a TV and an en suite bathroom that has recently been updated to include granite countertops, a walk-in shower, and new cabinetry. There is a second bedroom with a TV, an en suite bathroom, and a small kitchenette with a mini-fridge, a Keurig coffee maker, a microwave, a sink, and a toaster.
