The hot tub along with the aura of tranquility will provide an oasis after a day of skiing, snowboarding or hiking. It’s an easy 5 minutes to Belleayre Ski Mountain, hiking trails, the quaint Margaretville Village, eateries and more. If looking to work from home, there is high speed wifi available as well as clear cellphone signals at the location.
The space
LIVING ROOM
Equipped with a pellet stove for those cold nights, a smart tv and comfy sofas to sit back, put your legs up, relax and enjoy the view. Next to the window are seats with a breakfast table to sit right next to the view while enjoying breakfast or coffee while gazing at the magnificent view.

Includes stainless steel stove with griddle and oven, a Keurig coffee machine, coffee pot for large groups, large fridge, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, electric hot pot stove, electric korean BBQ grill and a 4 slice toaster.

DECK
Watch the sunrise from the deck that overlooks a mountainous horizon. A large patio furniture set sits right next to the BBQ grill, ready for outdoor grilling and dining. A 6 person hot tub sits in the lower deck that's the perfect remedy to a cold day or a long day of adventuring. The decks are illuminated by solar string lights that turn on as the sun sets.
OUTDOOR FIREPIT
At night, light a fire in the firepit and get cozy on the Adirondack chairs. Roast some s'mores or even bring the grill from the BBQ down to try some wood fired meals.
