The house is located in a peaceful, wooded neighborhood; between the villages of Cold Spring and Beacon (8 min drive to CS, 12 min drive to Beacon). There is a big yard surrounded by trees, with woods/forest in the backyard. The general area backs on to the mountain of the popular hike, Breakneck Ridge. There are many other hikes in the area, as well as Fahnestock State Park nearby which offers kayak rentals.
The main level has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The house has a finished basement studio with a Queen bed with memory foam mattress and an additional 1 full bath.The primary upstairs bedroom has an awesome Tempurpedic King Mattress. The 2nd bedroom is set up as an office, and the 3rd as a filming area. The energy of the house is inviting as well as inspiring.
The neighborhood is friendly/walkable with a waterfall nearby. The space is very clean and organized.
Other local landmarks: Boscobel House and Gardens, Dia Art Museum, Magazine Italian Art Museum; Hudson Beach Glass.

Both Cold Spring and Beacon have train stations which go directly to Grand Central.
