Positive: Hosting staff called just before the agreed arrival time and welcomed us upon arrival with comprehensive introduction to this magnificent property with breathtaking views, ample living space and state of the art facilities. By the way, the pre-charged bond that was significant in amount but was returned as was promised immediately following the property inspection.
Negative: A disposable toothpick noticed on the carpet under the desk of the master bedroom was the blemish of this exquisite accommodation experience, and also, the meshed sliding doors leading to the front viewing deck needing some maintenance such as silicone spraying to the sliding tracks. Besides, seems no air conditioning in a hot day despite wall-mounted controling pads suggested there could be one that was switched off. Additionally, the top decks could use some hand rails for the safety reasons.
