A charming new villa house with total relaxation and excellent views of the ocean and tipical town mountain and centre views.
The area of the 'Rose villa' house has a total of 400 m2 where the total construction area covers 300 m2 and was built in the year 2012; so new. An amplea private parking cars space with remote electric gate. the construction was carried out mainly on ground floor and the rest on the top floor. The ground floor consists of a Hall of distribution, big living room and dining room, full moderm kitchen, laundry area equipped with washing machine, service bathroom in support of this area is equipped with quality. Near the dinning area has ample space slading glass outdoors to the garden and patio where is a solarium and bricks big barbecue. The gardens space is also used as a solarium giving the feeling that we are on the beach.
The upper floor consists of: two bedrooms where the master bedroom is large and output to the magnificient balcony where you can relax and see the sunsets and beautiful ocean and town views, there is a large double quality bed and a build in wardrove, has a private bathroom equipped with shower cabine. There is a 3th service bathroom with bath and full equiped. The second bedroom has other double bed equipped with ample wardrove and a magnifique open glass big windows to enjoy the sun and the ocean views also with an unique sunny balcony!
The surrounding house areas are arrounded and fenced with patios and garden.
