Highlights of this incredible home include unparalleled views all the way down the beach, a private infinity edge plunge pool, adjacent beach boardwalk, and two separate living areas that open to outdoor living. The home is furnished by a well-known design firm and features stone tile throughout, a neutral palette with modern rustic décor and exposed beam ceilings on the 1st and 4th floors. With no expense spared we are sure this will be your ‘go to’ place for family vacations for years to come.
The first floor offers an open concept living, kitchen and dining space. The living room features a large sofa and 2 swivel chairs, a 65” Sony TV mounted over the fireplace and Sonos surround system. The gourmet kitchen offers an oversized marble topped island with seating for 8, sink, dishwasher and wine cooler. There are marble counter tops, a Z-line 8-burner gas stove and custom hood and stainless steel refrigerator/freezer. The extra-large dining room table seats 12 and leads out to the outdoor covered balcony with infinity edge pool. There are 4 chairs, 2 lounge chairs and a small table as well. This is the perfect location to relax, enjoy the weather and the beautiful ocean views. Bedroom 1 is just off the living area at the front of the house and features a king bed, bench seat, TV and a private bath with single vanity and a large walk-in shower. Behind the sliding barn door in the hall is your ½ bath for this floor.
The next level has 4 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a king bed with gorgeous marsh and ocean views beyond the sliding doors to a Juliet covered balcony. The large private bath has a soaking tub and separate shower. There is a separate half bath with the toilet and vanity. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and shares a bath with bedroom 4 that has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. Each of these rooms have a private vanity and share the toilet and large shower. Bedroom 5 has a king bed and private bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. The first of two laundry rooms are also on this floor complete with a Samsung front loading washer and dryer.
The 3rd floor has three more bedrooms. The first room is identical to the oversized bedroom on the floor below with a king bed and a private bath with spa tub and separate shower. Bedrooms 7 and 8 each have king beds and private baths, both with double vanities and a large walk-in shower. A second laundry room is on this level, again, with a Samsung front loading washer and dryer plus a sink.
The 4th floor has a second living area, kitchen and the 9th bedroom. There are marble countertops, stainless steel appliances including the fridge and dishwasher plus a large island that seats 5. Additional seating can be found at the high top wood table that seats 8. The living area is complete with a large sofa and 2 comfy chairs and a 65” Sony TV mounted over the fireplace. Outside on the covered balcony with ceiling fans is a table and 4 chairs. The views from here are spectacular!
The 9th bedroom is on this level and has a king bed and 42” TV plus a private bath with double vanity and large walk-in shower that is also shared with the hall.
