As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home, or on the patio. Smoking will result in a $250 charge and possible eviction. If you need to smoke please do so off the property.

Although our apartment can sleep up to 8 guests, to keep prices as low as possible, we charge per guest. After the first 3 guests, each additional guest is only $10 a day.
You will be able to hear the Freeway when in the parking lot. But while in the unit you will only hear a slight muffle sometimes. We have taken extra steps to prevent any road noise while in the apartment like adding extra blackout curtains. Also with the nature of an apartment, you might hear a slight muffle of a TV or footsteps from a neighbor's apartment.
