Perfect for couples, families, beach combers, surfers, scuba divers, snorkelers, or beach bums that just want sunbath on the beaches of Rincon. The huge private terrace is perfect for sunset drinks, grilling, dancing, eating supper, sunbathing, or just lounging. Summary: I stayed at this property for almost an entire month last February. Highlights: in the happening neighborhood of Puntas, with bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. There is a bar about 80-100 yards away that plays very loud live or DJ music, but hey, it’s vacation. Closing windows with AC on blocks the noise pretty well.Overall the apartment is very comfortable, with 3 nice BR, modern and comfortable mattresses, sheets. Hot water heater was iffy but the property manager actually had it replaced while I was there, and the new one worked perfecly! Kitchen is very well-stocked with cooking implements: be aware there is no dishwasher, but this is more the norm than the exception in PR it seems.The obvious highlight of the unit is the giant upper floor patio, and I thought I’d be living out there. But I used it less than I’d hoped because during the day, it just bakes up there. A large blue umbrella is unfortunately chained closed, because I heard the owners found the wind could gust and pull it off the roof, so there’s less shade than I hoped for. The dining table is under a roof, so that part is slightly cooler. But overall we used the patio on a few nights.Awesome communication with the property manager! She was super helpful with anything that came up.
