The villa is a traditional sea view villa with private pool. 3 bedroom stone property set in a beautiful countryside location, with wonderful views towards the Ionian sea. Located in Xirocastelo, the villa is ideally placed to explore the long sandy beaches of Vasilikos Peninsula, as well as the shops and restaurants of nearby Argasi resort. Relax in the peaceful surroundings by your own private pool, or admire the sea views from the terrace. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.
The private swimming pool 4 X 7 takes pride of place in the centre of the garden surrounded by sun loungers and olive trees, giving a countryside feel, the perfect place to relax. Three steps up from the pool terrace is a shaded alfresco dining area where you can glimpse the distant sea views.
