Located in Mason I-71 exit 25. This rental house is a dream for Tennis attendees where everything is new. The 3-bedroom house is still available and has a climate-controlled 1 car garage for parking car or motorcycle with ample driveway parking and turn around on Kings Mills Road. Included is all new furniture to include 3 fantastic queen beds and ample closet and dresser space. The house has a new Trane Climate controlled a/c, heating, Spectrum TV, Wi-Fi, and high-speed internet provided. Additionally, a new washer/dryer has-been added for the guest's convenience. Guests will feel right at home while enjoying a fenced yard and a very large patio with individual seating and picnic table. The superb property offers a welcoming atmosphere for a relaxing stay and is located just 10 houses from the entrance of the tennis stadium drive, 10-minute drive to Kings Island, local restaurants, the new Mercy Kings Mills Hospital and five minutes to your local grocery store (Kroger's) and the expressway I-71 North or South.
