Negative: Washing machine is not working. The Gentleman who gave the key (cleaning company worker) tried to explain to us that it was working but you need to open/break the door with a screwdriver. He hardly managed to open it himself. Said that the air con in the sitting room is not working and not to use it. We have not touched it for the first 3 days and then we decided to give it a try and it is all in working condition. I believe the lie was told to save money on electricity. Front gates that you enter in front of the house where the swimming pool is - are not locking. It's permanently unlocked. We nearly broke the key trying to get the key out. Jacuzzi in a swimming pool is on at 8 am for an hour and a half. Other times it is always off. All the other houses had bubbles on and off when they wanted. There are no shower mats anywhere. This is extremely dangerous. Also, not a complaint but more like - read T&C - we were charged 10 euros each for bed sheets and small towels. This is not something you would expect to see as I don't see how people traveling with 10kg bags are taking bedsheets and towels with them. This condition should be mentioned together with cleaning services when booking and not after.
Summary: Ok, for what it was. Will not use again. Better pay a bit more but have everything working.
