A spacious mother-in-law basement suite located in a safe and convenient location. There are many nearby shopping centers, restaurants, and more!
This private basement has its own entry and bathroom, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and a shared backyard.
This space can house 10+ people.
There is also a 65" TV, blue ray player, books and air hockey table for entertainment.
For same-day booking only, please text/call host at least 2 hours prior to arrival. Arrival time must be after 3 pm
The space
This basement is spacious, beautiful, and clean. It is approximately 1900 square feet and contains 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a private entrance.
One bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds, and the last bedroom has a queen sized bed and a baby crib. An air bed is available upon request.
In the living area is an air hockey table, bookcase, TV, and seating.
There will be designated parking for 2 vehicles.
There is a backyard that is shared between other occupants of the house. You may hear some traffic upstairs. The unit have their own private entryway, and no shared spaces except for the backyard and parking.
As this is a basement, there may be residents upstairs and you may occasionally hear noises, but you will have the entire space downstairs for yourself.
Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire basement. That includes 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a private entrance.
The private basement entrance is located in the backyard (3 steps down).
There is self check-in and check-out.
Guests will have shared access to the backyard and parking spaces. There will be 2 dedicated parking spots for you.
There is no overnight street parking allowed

- Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am
- No smoking/vaping
- No pets
- No firearms or illegal drugs
- No overnight street parking
- No parking on the right side of driveway (in front of garage door)
- Park next to the house in the driveway and/or gravel area.
- Only 2 vehicles are allowed
- Do not disable/tamper with smoke/carbon detectors
