ONLY A COUPLE WEEKS LEFT FOR 2025 - AFFORDABLE AND LOVELY . . . 3 BR, 3 BA home, located at 48 Olive Avenue is only about 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk AND a few blocks to the fabulous shops, restaurants and entertainment in downtown Rehoboth. Offers a two-story floor plan with a bedroom and bath on the first floor, enclosed screen porch, central air conditioning, wireless internet, W/D, 4 TV's with cable, off-street parking for two cars plus two Rehoboth Beach parking permits, . . . all in a smoke free environment! No pets please.
Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
