Offers a two-story floor plan with a bedroom and bath on the first floor, enclosed screen porch, central air conditioning, wireless internet, W/D, 4 TV's with cable, off-street parking for two cars plus two Rehoboth Beach parking permits, . . . all in a smoke free environment! No pets please. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
