The balcony, with peek ocean views, has comfortable seating and a barbecue – making this a private place for morning coffee, a casual lunch, or a good chat as the barbecue is cooking. There is also a back deck with a private hot tub, table, and chairs - an ideal sunny retreat!
Enter this newly remodeled spacious upstairs duplex and find yourself in a great room with hardwood floors and access to the outside patio. The living area of the great room sports a large, comfortable seating cluster, with a queen pullout sofa, and a flatscreen TV. A modern kitchen has everything you need to create meals and snacks – add the food and have fun being together. An inside dining table for eight is right next to the kitchen and might be a good place for people to supervise the cook(s) if needed.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, a flatscreen TV, an en-suite bath, and a large closet. The second bedroom includes a twin over full bunk bed with a flatscreen TV. The three remaining king bedrooms all have flatscreen TVs, and one also has an en-suite bathroom. The three guest rooms without an en-suite bath share a hallway bath with a shower/tub combination.
