Cassine Gardens 184 is a beautiful complex surrounded by nature in Seagrove Beach, centrally located to put you within minutes of all the activities on your 30A vacation. This townhome features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths that can accomodates up to 8 guests. It has a easy beach access, and is just a short walk from the community pool!
Upon entering, you're greeted by an open dining and entertaining area with comfortable seating and a large TV. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen, adorned in bright whites, includes a standard coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, rice cooker, and a bar area with seating for four. Additionally, the dining area seats six.
For convenience, there's a powder room near the front door. Outside the living room, a screened-in patio provides the perfect spot for morning coffee, and houses a full-size washer and dryer.
