The Space:
As you enter on the upper level you walk through to the open kitchen lounge and dining and are immediately drawn to the windows that look out to the ocean. The kitchen is stocked with all the latest appliances as you would expect. There is also a gas fireplace for the cooler nights, with ducted heating and cooling to maintain a comfortable temperature. Step out onto the balcony to get the full effect and listen to the calming sounds of the waves crashing down.
There is the master bedroom upstairs, with King bed and ensuite, complete with underfloor heating. There is access to the enclosed balcony and views of the ocean from the bed, with ducted heating and cooling and ceiling fan for comfort.
Step downstairs and there are the further 3 bedrooms, 2 with Queen beds and 1 with 2 Singles. All have ducted heating and cooling and ceiling fans. These all share the main bathroom, with bath and shower, which again has underfloor heating.
