Tan Lines and Fine Wines is a recently renovated and updated beautiful beach home in Port A's exclusive Sandpoint community! Panoramic views of the Gulf and expansive dunes fill the scenery from the second story windows and decks that provide a sanctuary like setting for the patio and backyard.
The second story kitchen features new high-end stainless-steel appliances, fully furnished kitchen, designer cabinetry and beautiful quartz counter tops. The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining with a wide-open family room, dining, and kitchen area boasting cathedral ceilings and a 10ft island. The kitchen has everything needed to cook for a large group and entertain, including a Margaritaville Frozen Drink Machine. The living room features a sectional sofa and Smart HDTV. Upstairs also has a master suite with a lush king-sized bed and master bath with oversized tub with shower. Master suite has an entertainment center which features a Smart HDTV. Upstairs is also bedroom 2 with a king size bed, separated bathroom with beautiful walk-in shower, and a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.
Tan Lines and Fine Wines first floor includes everything needed for large groups and families. It has a second living room/game room with a foosball table, Smart HDTV, and a game closet stocked with games, books, puzzles and kid craft items for entertainment. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and Smart HDTV. The fourth bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds and a Smart HDTV. The final bedroom is a bunkroom with two built in twin bunk beds with oversized barn doors allowing for privacy. The first-floor bathroom has a single vanity that can be closed off from the toilet and tub area. Step outside from first floor living area to an awesome private fenced backyard hangout with artificial turf and a BBQ Grill. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for showing after a walk on the beach.
Tan Lines and Fine Wines sleeps 12 with ample parking. The house also offers two single air mattresses if you need additional sleeping accommodations. If needed, Silver Sands will provide the extra linens. The beach house is located near the private neighborhood-maintained boardwalk that is a short walk to the beach, one of the closest boardwalk treks to the beach in Port Aransas!
Across the street is a nice amenity space with an enjoyable HOA maintained private pool, lounge chairs and hot tub. Plus, the Beach Lodge restaurant/bar is right around the corner, perfect for takeout or Happy Hour. This neighborhood is in Port Aransas and within walking or golf cart distance to shopping & dining.
