The Fincaperle "Sa Sort" is located in the green heart of the island and offers great comfort for relaxing holiday days in a typically Mallorcan farmhouse. The house extends generously over 228 m² and 2 levels of living space. On the lower floor of the house is the large and very cosy living room, a bathroom and a spacious rustic-style kitchen. On the first floor are the 4 bedrooms and another bathroom. Particularly noteworthy is the well-maintained and very green outdoor area of this farmhouse, with a furnished terrace, a separate barbecue area and the beautiful pool area. The Mediterranean garden invites you to relax under shade trees with several sun loungers and relaxation corners.
La Finca Sort offers you the perfect balance between a good starting point for excursions in all directions, for example, to the beach, to the mountain or to the original villages of Mallorca, and welcomes you back "home" with its cosy atmosphere and absolute privacy after an exciting day.
The house is not only a few kilometres from Inca with its numerous shopping options and the largest weekly market in Mallorca, but also very close to localities known for viticulture such as Binissalem, Alaró, Consell and Santa María, which can be reached in a few minutes by car.
