Summary: A Perfect Family Stay at the 21st Floor Hotel – Highly Recommended! We recently stayed at the 21st Floor Hotel in Jerusalem for a family vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive to every need—whether it was giving us tips on the best local restaurants or helping us organize transportation. One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its unbeatable location. It’s situated right in the heart of Jerusalem, and we loved how close it was to everything. Machne Yehuda Market is just a short walk away. We also walked to the Western Wall (Kotel) several times during our stay. It’s about a 25-minute walk through the beautiful streets of Jerusalem, and we really appreciated being able to experience the city on foot. The suites themselves are exceptional. We stayed in one of the family suites, and it was incredibly spacious—plenty of room for everyone to relax. The suite was thoughtfully designed with a modern touch, and the large windows gave us breathtaking panoramic views of the city. The layout is perfect for families, with separate areas for sleeping, lounging, and even a small kitchen space that came in handy. Another thing that stood out was the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the suite felt fresh and well-maintained every day.
