Villa Benedetto is located just 3 km from San Gimignano, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Surrounded by a large garden with lawn and parking, the villa boasts a delightful pool (15 x 6 m), always open throughout the year, and equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and parasols.
Next to the pool there is an alfresco dining area with barbecue, ideal for having tasty grills.
The owners of the villa, a young local couple, live in the adjacent house, and will be pleased to help guests if necessary. The pool and the outdoor areas are not used by the owners so maximum privacy is guaranteed.
Internal Description
Furnished in a modern style, Villa Benedetto is spread over 2 floors (ground floor + mezzanine floor) and can accommodate up to 8 people for a total of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Internet Wifi and air conditioning are available throughout the villa. Pets are allowed on request. Check-in is possible from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm, after 7:00 pm it will be necessary to organize a self check-in without the hosts.
Ground floor: You are welcomed by a large and bright living area with several French windows, consisting of: a sitting corner with sofa, armchairs, fireplace and tv; a fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 8 people, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine.
The sleeping area includes 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
The floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and a lovely private sauna (the use of the spa is included in the price).
Mezzanine floor: On the mezzanine floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Then there is a small relaxation corner with double sofa bed, desk and some chairs.

Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); use of the spa; house, garden and pool maintenance; 1 cleaning with linen change for stays of at least 12 nights.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€); extra cleaning on request with linen change (250.00€); other extra services on request. Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
