Downstairs you will find the kitchen equipped with electric stove stainless refrigerator, microwave ,toaster , kuerig coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. It has a unique glass wall bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and full bathroom as well as a washer and dryer. Upstairs has a deck area and opens up to living area with plenty of window views to enjoy. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with a queen bed. The bathroom is spacious and you can relax after a day of water and sun fun in the jetted soaker tub. The yard is completely fenced and offers plenty of parking on the outside of fenced area. The boat house has a lift for your boat and area for swimming with a ladder.
