Fully equipped kitchen, small but stylish bathroom with shower. Great location - just 7 min walking to Times Square, about 10 min walking to Central Park. About 15 min walking to Hudson Yards. Lots of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Close to shops and 2 supermarkets only 2 blocks away.
The apt accommodates 5 people - 1 queen size bed, one full size sofa bed.
Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed, A/C. This bedroom can be a little noisy because it faces the street - I provide earplugs.
Bedroom 2 - Full size bed, A/C - quiet bedroom - medium size drawer.
Kitchen - fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans. Coffee, sugar and tea is provided.
Living-room - fully size sofa bed. Smart TV. Ceiling fan and A/C from the kitchen.
Very quiet building. No elevator! If your group is loud, this apt is not for you. No parking in the building. There is a private parking garage on the corner of 49th St and 10th Ave.
I will be at the apt to do your check in. I usually accommodate early check in and late check out when possible.
