Newly renovated two bedroom two bath fully furnished condo at the Bass and Sun Condominium Complex. This is a no smoking condo with no pets allowed. This is 2ND FLOOR CONDO NO ELEVATOR, waterfront condo has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. It has a fully furnished kitchen and counter seating for four, The living room has leather couches one of which is a sectional and pulls out into a bed, Master bedroom suite including new queen size bed, The front bedroom has new queen size bed. The living room and ALL bedrooms all have flat screen tv's with cable. The condo also has a washer and dryer in the hallway and a furnished back porch that gives you access to a spacious back yard right on the canal with a view of the lock and lake. The marina is steps away from the front door with all the extra tackle you could need, gas for your boat, and a boat slip just in case you wanted to leave the boat in the water. Here at Bass and Sun you get access to the heated pool, a full tennis court, and a basketball court. Within walking distance is Roland Martin's which has shopping and a full service restaurant.
