A well-planned kitchen sits to one side offering everything you need to cook a hearty meal. There is plenty of storage for your holiday essentials and worktop space from where to prepare a hearty Yorkshire breakfast or delicious picnic to eat on the beach. Take in the view across the open countryside from the dining table. A large comfortable sofa is ideally placed in front of the Smart TV for an evening in. Deers Den offers two bedrooms, a double and a bunk room, there’s also a shower room which completes the accommodation.
A short walk from the property is the local cafe where you can enjoy a great cuppa and a selection of cakes and for green-fingered visitors, the local garden centre is just up the road too. A short drive will bring you to the golden sands of Withernsea Beach and the town beyond. Here you can enjoy a walk along the Victorian Promenade, and take in the Valley Gardens. There is something for everyone with a host of shopping options, tea rooms, fish and chip shops, and amusement arcades. There is even an underground bunker used during the Cold War at RAF Holmpton! Take the bus from the village to the vibrant City of Hull to enjoy a night at the Theatre or travel further up the coast to the pretty seaside town of Hornsea. Beach 1 mile.
