All accommodation will have a hair dryer and ironing board supplied
We do require a £75 refundable security deposit this is taken on check in you will be shown how to use the hot tub and answer any question you may have. This will be taken via card payment.
Accommodations cannot be over occupied from what is stated as the party details on your booking confirmation.
Please note, music is not permitted outside of the lodges at anytime due to the nature of the park. Check in is strictly 5pm and check out is 9am. The Kingfisher and Owl Lodges are not suitable to for travel cots. No additional infants in the party unless booked into the Jay Lodge due to the space and layout of the lodge. Disposable BBQ only are permitted on park. Please note- For any group bookings, pre-approval will be required from the Park.

We are a gated site for the safety of our guests and only guests that check in are allowed onsite, we do not over occupy lodges, only guests on the booking are permitted onsite. All lodges are non smoking/vaping, only permitted outside. The BBQ stands are for use with disposable BBQ's and are available to buy on site. Lodges are self catering and have everything needed for a self catering stay, all bedding is provided. Staff are always available to help or give local information to make the most of your stay so please contact us before or during your stay.We look forward to seeing you for your stay.
Towels are available for hire at £10 per adult and £5 per child. Bathrobes are available for hire at £10 per person.
If 5 in the party, please be aware the fold up bed takes up a lot of space in the lounge, so room will be tight and it is onlt suitable for a child
