Totally private behind electric gates parking for 50 cars the house was originally constructed for Lord Charles Lennox (The Duke Of Richmond) in 1886. Queen Victoria’s daughters were frequent visitor’s to Woodstock during there evacuation in the First World War
The Accomodation provides excellent entertaining space inside and out with a large array of specimen shrubs and trees.

We have just completed two wonderful high ceiling beautiful apartments adjacent to the main house and pool that will accommodate a further 12 guests in luxury
Massive leisure room / kitchen with incredible views down the garden with an enormous outdoor kitchen and bar area including Beef Eater BBQ , pizza oven, bar , Beer Pump,Hot tub, sitting area ideal for weddings and party’s now completed
The outdoor kitchen/ party area will be able to sit up to 100people comfortably with huge parasols should there be inclement weather,heaters,sound system,everything you could possibly need
We are fully licensed for weddings and civil partnerships and have an elevated bandstand by the lake for ceremonies etc
We have extended our terrace to seat up to 100 under cover if need be ideal for parties and wedding celebrations
