We would like to welcome you in our completely renovated 70s architect house, which is located in the countryside, just 5 minutes walk from the center and in Clausthal-Zellerfeld, part of the Harz National Park, welcome.
The living room
From the first floor entrance area leads into the main part of our house. From the porch, the view of the open-plan kitchen, dining and living room with fireplace awaits you. These rooms are all interconnected, so that a constant communication is possible. On this floor is also the very spacious terrace, which can be entered from the living room.
The terrace offers seating, a barbecue and a fireplace. In the living room is a gallery. The resulting ceiling height, creates a pleasant, spacious feeling. Adjacent to the living room is a hall where you will find books, games and toys. From there you get into the bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Continue to the bedroom with bunk beds and the bedroom with double bed.
On the upper floor is the gallery, from here you have the view into the living room as well as in the kitchen. Here you can comfortably chat on the sofa or you can use the sofa bed to stay overnight. From the gallery you get into a spacious bedroom with two double beds, as well as in another bedroom with a double bed.
On the ground floor is a highlight of the house. In the huge room you can spend your time playing billiards, table football, darts and watching TV. There is another entrance to the house here. If you want to smoke a quick meal, which is not allowed in the whole house, you can get here without a long way. At the entrance from the ground floor you will also find a toilet. Those who prefer a quieter pace and want to relax will also find it here on the ground floor. The sauna offers you the opportunity to relax after the numerous activities the Harz has to offer. Through a hallway you get to two more bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, toilet and another access to the house.
In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other a bunk bed with 3 beds.
At the house directly on the yard is a parking space for 2 - 3 vehicles. Additional free parking is available on the street. Furthermore, there is a garage available. Here find z. B. Motorcycles, bicycles, sleds and skis a dry place.
Children will be pleased that the house is located on a play street and there is a playground in the immediate vicinity, from which they can wave from their parents, who relax on the terrace.
