Fabulous and elegant room very well located in Madrid. It is close to several subways such as Diego de Leon, Nuñez de Balboa and Avenida de America, as well as the Circular, 12 and 56 bus lines among others. The Salamanca neighborhood is one of the best areas of Madrid, for its good location, wide avenues and cool places that are in it.
The area is good and safe, in terms of entertainment and things to do mention that it has stores, restaurants, gyms, libraries and entertainment venues, all of them ideal to meet any of the needs of the tenant.
The apartment is large and bright (150 m²) and is fully furnished with all appliances and utensils necessary for living.
The apartment is to share, with a maximum of 6 roommates between 22 and 35 years old, all of them students or workers. The room is spacious, bright and cozy and as if that were not enough is brand new, in the same way as the rest of the apartment.
The apartment has three bathrooms. These are new and well maintained, cleanliness is an important aspect for us. In addition there is a common kitchen with a large television that also becomes an area for leisure and recreation with the roommates.
The building has a doorman and elevator and there is no problem in receiving parcels, since in case you are not at home when the delivery man comes he will leave it to him to deliver it to you later.
As for the profile we are looking for, we would like you to be a sociable and respectful person to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
The amount also includes weekly cleaning of the common areas two days a week.
As for the expenses, are included and cover the following: electricity, water, internet and heating.
