This spacious 2,200 sq ft luxury property has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with spectacular sea views from the front of the property. It occupies the whole of the middle floor of the end pink building in the photos.
* The water fronted property is right in the centre of Rodney Bay with shops, restaurants, coffee shops, bars and supermarkets on the doorstep.
* Less than ten minutes walk to beautiful Reduit Beach with its endless white sand.
* Large, wide balcony for watching the boat activity in the marina.
* AC in the living areas as well as the bedrooms.
* The 2 large bedrooms were refurbished in early 2023 to give a fresh, new look.
* The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, AC and ceiling fan with a private bathroom and balcony. Plus black out curtains to ensure a restful sleep.

Summary: Wilbertha, our host, was excellent. She was ready for our arrival and responsive to all our communication. The unit was exactly as advertised: clean, bright, and well maintained. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to restaurants, bars, groceries, banks, pharmacy, etc.
