The kitchen is fully equipped, and features top of the line stainless steel appliances. Also on the second floor is the laundry room with full size, side-by-side washer and dryer. Beautiful tile floors compliment the tasteful decor, which includes a comfy sofa/sleeper. The 2nd floor balcony overlooks the pool and has a Gulf view. And the garage is perfect for storing bikes, and beach gear.
An open stairway leads to the third floor bedroom area. Both the master bedroom (1 king) and the guest bedroom (1 queen and 1 extra long twin) are spacious and have tons of closet space and storage. The master bath is completely updated with double vanities and a huge walk-in shower. The guest bath has a full shower and tub combo…perfect for the little ones' bath time. A bonus is the wonderful view of the Gulf from the 3rd floor balcony.
