- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140×190) and a double sofa bed.
- A bathroom with shower and bath.
- Two separate toilets.
Outside :
- A swimming pool (private, not heated), size 7×4 meters, not fenced with alarm, open from April to October thanks to the dome (opening dates not contractual).
- A beautiful garden of about 1,800 m² semi-enclosed, you will also find in the garden a petanque court.
- A wooden terrace of 25 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: gas barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
