This beautiful home situated across the road from a large grassed reserve is just off the Goolwa Beach Road where you could take a lovely stroll to the surf beach and restaurants or down to the river and watch the boats sail by.
Very spacious four bedroom home with raked ceilings, skylights throughout and large windows make it feel lovely and bright.
The Space:
You enter through double front doors into a wide welcoming entrance.
To the right is an open space area with dining for 8 people with window views out to the reserve. Further along is the large lounge/family living area decorated in a comfy relaxed style with plenty of seating. You can access the outside deck area through the glass doors in this area.
In the kitchen you will find a large central bench with bar stools, electric stove, wide oven, range hood, dishwasher, fridge, Smeg Coffee machine, pantry and essential appliances.
Reverse cycle air-conditioning.
At one end of the hall on the front of the property is the master bedroom with a split system air conditioner. There is a queen bed, large built in robe and ceiling fan. It has a lovely ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.
Bedroom two and three both include a queen bed, built in robe hanging clothes space and ceiling fan.
