Spacious living room with a 70's vibe. Ample seating with a Murphy queen bed, Smart TV with cable and free Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. Dining table seats 4. The master bedroom features a king size bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Full size washer and dryer off the kitchen in the mud room. French doors that lead to a flagstone sitting area under a beautiful pergola, and towering shade trees. Propane Grill in the back yard, tank provided. If tank is empty, you can exchange it at your expense at the convenience store. Owner has provided 6 tubes for your use.
No smoking. 2 dogs allowed under 40lbs, $25 per day per pet. No Parties. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. Family friendly home with no tolerance for bad behavior.
