Enjoy this very private and exclusive boat access only island paradise with all the amenities of today’s world. 80’ of safe harbor docking in the back of the property with a large channel side dock to accommodate yachts to 75 feet. Front dock can also accept helicopter landings if needed. Sit in the 8-person outdoor hot tub or in any of the over 5000 square feet of outdoor decks and patios to enjoy 360-degree views of the majestic St. Lawrence River. The home has satellite TV, wireless Internet, stereo with outdoor speakers, commercial grade ice machine, wine refrigerator, butler's pantry-wet bar, 3 indoor fireplaces, one outdoor fireplace, large commercial gas grill and even a smoker for summer barbecue's, large expansive main great room and charming dining room with all the character of the old summer great camps. Large comfortable bedrooms with private baths and 12-foot ceilings. NOTE: In season 3 night minimum stays-4000.00 - Ask about off season discounts prior to 06/14/25 and after 09/01/25 offering 3 night minimum stays at 3800.00 and weekly rates dropped to 7500.00/week!
