La propiedad es completamente nueva, tiene 3 habitaciones, sala y comedor. La habitación principal cuenta con vestidor y un excelente colchón de memory foam tamaño queen en el cual descansaras de la mejor forma, cuenta con su baño completo privado. La recámara secundaria cuenta con 2 camas matrimoniales con colchones Spring Air, con una amplia ventana que da al patio y alberca, tiene su baño privado. La tercera habitación cuenta con una litera matrimonial/individual con excelentes colchones de memory foam.
Estaremos disponibles para cualquier inquietud que tengas. Hay una persona que estará a cargo de la casa y podrán contactarlo en caso de ser necesario.
El fraccionamiento Dream Lagoons es completamente cerrado y controlado por guardias de seguridad, por lo cual es completamente seguro. Únicamente hay tránsito local, por lo cual puedes salir a caminar con total seguridad y confianza. Cuenta con Laguna a la cual tienes acceso y podrás realizar deportes acuáticos no motorizados. Además tiene amplias áreas verdes en las cuales pueden jugar los niños. Dentro del cluster cerrado se cuenta con alberca que se comparte únicamente con los vecinos del cluster.
El fraccionamiento es completamente cerrado y se debe transitar a baja velocidad para seguridad de todas las personas, tanto peatones como automovilistas. Se ingresa y sale a través de accesos controlados por guardias de seguridad que requerirán un código Qr (el cuál será proporcionado) para ingresar. Existen servicios cercanos para hacer el súper o restaurantes en los cuales se puede comprar comida o comer en el lugar. Dentro del fraccionamiento hay un Oxxo abierto las 24 horas.
Contamos con mesas y sillas que se pueden llevar a la palapa (previa reservación) o poner en el patio para así disfrutar de una comida al aire libre o disfrutar del aire por las tardes.
