Kök, toalett och vardagsrum på plan ett, tre rum samt badrum och klädkammare på övre plan. Vardagsrummet har fönster längs hela bredden med utgång via altandörr till trä-däcket. Altanen har plats för både matbord, loungemöbel och liggstolar. Trädäck på fram/baksida som just nu läggs nytt på baksida som kommer vara i december. 2024. Även framsidan har ett insynsskyddat trädäck med ingångsdörr till däcket från utsidan. Här sitter man i lä från vinden.
Bostaden har ett helt nyrenoverat kök som slutfördes slutet 2023! Utöver detta finns ett renoverat tvättrum med tvättmaskin, en fin halvvägg mellan hall och matplats framför fönster i köket. Lättarbetat kök med gott om plats för förvaring och inbyggd diskmaskin samt micro och spishällar med induktion samt en varmluftsugn. Alla vitvaror med smarta funktioner. Belysning skåp och mot bänkskiva fjärrstyrs med kontroller eller app. Förberett för smart-hem. Nedre hallen har ett uppdaterat wc. Den öppna trappan är också den nyrenoverad och leder upp till bostadens övre plan med nya golv i samtliga rum och hall. Tre sovrum varav det större vetter ut mot entrésidan på övre plan. Här finns klädkammare samt ett totalrenoverat badrum med dusch som renoverades sommaren 2023. Badrummet ger en lyxig, rymlig och modern känsla. . Huset har direkt närhet till god service genom bra bussförbindelser och stora ICA Kvantum med trevlig fiskaffär samt apotek. Lerum centrum inom cykelavstånd. Gångavstånd till förskolor/skolor, Öxsjön och strövområden i naturen. Populära badsjön Aspen även den inom cykelavstånd. Stort förråd på framsidan med möjlighet att ev inreda ett extra rum för tonåringen eller som ett gästrum. Garageplats finns i länga med elektrisk port som styrs med fjärrkontroll. Laddstolpar för EL-bil finns i garage. El tillkommer på hyra. Husdjur kan diskuteras.
